The company has more than 5 hectares of olive groves for the production of high quality extra virgin biological olive oil at geographical indication protected IGP Toscano.
1500 plants include several species: Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccio del Cornio and Pendolino.
The olive harvesting is done manually every year in October and November.
Every evening the olives are transported to the Oil Mill Giovani Snc in Suvereto (GR) for cold milling within 24 hours in order to ensure the preservation of their flavor, get a green oil with golden hues with high organoleptic quality and thus avoid any alteration of storage or processing.
